Athletes Code of Conduct
As an athlete with MBHL, I commit to upholding the following principles to ensure a positive, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all involved:
1. Respect for the Game
I will respect the rules and the spirit of the game at all times, playing fairly and with integrity.
2. Temper Control
I will control my temper, understanding that fighting and poor behavior can spoil the experience for everyone.
3. Respect for Teammates, Coaches, and Parents
I will respect my teammates, coaches, and parents, recognizing their contributions and offering my support.
4. Respect for Opponents
I will respect my opponents, their coaches, and their parents, displaying sportsmanship and fair play at all times.
5. Team Player Mentality
I will strive to be a true team player, supporting my teammates and working together towards our shared goals.
6. Understanding the Importance of Winning
I will remember that winning isn’t everything—having fun, improving my skills, making friends, and doing my best are just as important.
7. Respect for Authority
I will remember that coaches and officials are there to help me, and I will accept their decisions and show respect toward them.
8. Dignified Conduct
I will conduct myself in a dignified manner before, during, and after each game or practice, proudly representing BHE1 Sports.
9. Celebrating Diversity

10. Respectful Language
I will use language that is inclusive and respectful, avoiding terms that belittle or demean anyone.
11. Zero Tolerance for Derogatory Behavior
I will not engage in any behavior or language that is derogatory, including comments based on gender, race, skin color, sexual orientation, or any other form of discrimination.
